The Argyle Theatre in Babylon, NY is seeking a skilled Follow Spot Operator for its upcoming production of Annie. This role involves operating a follow spot during technical rehearsals and performances, ensuring precise and consistent tracking of performers in alignment with lighting cues and the creative vision. The operator will work closely with the Lighting Designer and Stage Management, adjusting beam size, colors, and intensity as needed, and performing pre-show equipment checks. Prior experience with follow spots or theatrical lighting is preferred, along with strong attention to detail, the ability to take direction, and consistent availability for all rehearsals and performances.

Project Term: November 6, 2025 - January 5, 2026

Compensation: $20-$27 per hour; based on level of experience
