Be a vital part of The Weathervane Theatre's exciting 61st Season! We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Non-union Production Stage Manager to help launch our brand-new Bridge Company, bringing engaging live theatre to kids and families throughout the North Country. You will also stage manage our vibrant outdoor Shakespeare event, North Country Shakes, and serve as an ASM for select productions in our fast-paced repertory mainstage season.

This is an incredible opportunity to help shape a new program, collaborate with passionate artists, and work in a supportive, professional environment. While this position is non-union, the contract may occasionally transition onto an AEA agreement when needed without requiring you to join Equity.

Compensation: $5,500 - $6,500 (commensurate with experience), plus double-occupancy housing with ensuite bath, and some meals provided.
