Hours: Variable, depending on production needs
Duties
- Coordinate transportation for the cast and crew.
- Manage day-to-day logistical needs for the production team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for company members for administrative support.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all production team members.
- Ensure company compliance with all union contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience in company management or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems proactively.
- Must be able to self-report to work. We cannot provide housing or transportation.
