The Manufacturing Production Manager oversees the daily operations and growth of the Production Services divisions. You will collaborate with division managers to improve processes, expand services, and lead complex projects from concept to implementation, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and expand operations of all Production Services, including estimating, project management, custom fabrication, and installations.
Work with division managers to build a network of contractors for event rigging and installation services, ensuring supervisors are trained and equipped for all product programming and handling.
Support product development by creating BOMs, sourcing materials, and working on testing and certifications.
Establish strategic partnerships with fabricators, printers, sewers, and installation/rigging providers.
Oversee the progress of custom projects, ensuring deadlines are met.


Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient with task management tools and MS Office Suite.
