Day to day as a Scene Shop Carpenter/Fabricator
As a new Scene Shop Carpenter/Fabricator at Tuacahn Center For The Arts, you can expect a dynamic and hands-on environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve interpreting scenic designs, constructing and fabricating sets, and collaborating closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects. You'll work with a variety of materials and tools, honing your carpentry skills while bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Expect to engage in problem-solving challenges as you work through set modifications or repairs, keeping safety as a top priority. Communication will be key, as you'll collaborate with fellow artisans to meet artistic visions. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy evenings and weekends for relaxation and personal projects.
