The assistant stage manager will attend rehearsals for at least the last two and a half weeks starting in early April of 2025. And then be part of the run team for sound and lights for the shows starting with tech in evenings week of April 28th six thirty to ten p.m, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night, with shows the first week on Thursday and Friday nights, and Saturday matinee and evening show. There will be no Sunday shows. The show will then run for three more weekends of performance with no shows on the Thursday night of the second and third of those weeks, but four shows in the last weekend at the end of May. There will be a hiatus weekend of May 9th, so four weeks of performance overall. Additional hours will also be paid for support from the assistant stage manager to the lighting designer in help hanging and aiming lights off rehearsal times as well as potential support to the build team for the load in and build (week of April 21st) and load out, Monday morning June 2nd. The flat stipend will be for being at the two and a half weeks of rehearsal and tech, and then at all the shows for the run.
