The Old Town Hall Theater Manager will have the primary day-to-day responsibility to oversee daily operation at the Old Town Hall Theater.
Supervise Old Town Hall Theatre Employees including technicians, ushers + box office personnel
Work to promote shows and increase ticket sales for shows playing at the Old Town Hall Theatre
Oversee maintenance of all scenic elements and props.
Communicate issues with the Theaters Manager in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the OTHT and report any maintenance issues to the TRMF Maintenance department
Inventory and order supplies as needed.
Assist with ticketing issues and deliver excellent customer service to all guests as they attend shows at the OTHT
Work with volunteer ushers and ticket scanners to ensure smooth entry of all guests to the theatre
Provide excellence in customer service
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience
Must give exceptional service to all guests.
Must be able to troubleshoot and create solutions if needed.
Previous Guest Service Experience preferred.
Must be familiar with Theater operations and terminology
Must possess critical thinking skills.
Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus.
Work Environment
This position may be working either in an indoor climate-controlled area or an outdoor area subject to heat and warmer temperatures.

Occasionally required to push, pull, stoop, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work long hours and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
