Yuri K Productions is a live entertainment production company specializing in cirque-style shows.

We are currently seeking a Production Stage Manager/Company Manager for the show we are producing in collaboration with Gaylord/Marriott Hotels in National Harbor, MD this holiday season.

This person should be good at solving problems, muti-tasking and handling daily issues with performers and crew. The goal is to ensure that each performance runs smoothly from start to finish. This person will also act as the Company Manager for a team of 15-18 people. The venue and accommodations are located under the same roof.

Responsibilities:

Company Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Oversee all day-to-day operations
-Management of entire cast and crew
-Directing daily activities
-Manage press events and any VIP guests
-Show operations and business
-Liaison between Producers, Venue and Company
-Load-in and Load-out
-Production set up
-Advancing when necessary
-Assistance as needed as part of crew team member
-Managing covid safety procedures, as needed
-In case of emergency, handle injuries/illnesses and associated Workers Compensation claims and doctor appointments.

Production Stage Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Running of show and calling all cues of show
-Maintaining artistic integrity of Production according to the Director+rsquo;s vision
-Running of all rehearsals and training sessions
-Generating rehearsal + show reports and daily schedules
-Load-in and Load-out
-Production set up
-Assistance as needed and show operations as part of crew team member

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Minimum 2 years Company Management experience
-Minimum 3-5 years Stage Management experience
-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to think quickly to solve problems
-Positive attitude and the ability to remain effective under pressure
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with co-workers and venue personnel
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
-Ability to maintain poise and control under pressure
-Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
