Job Title: Assistant Front of House Manager


Location: Luxor Hotel and Casino, Particle Ink: Wanderlust


Overview:
Join our team as an Assistant Front of House Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our daytime immersive experience, Wanderlust at Particle Ink. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of customer service, managing the safety and well-being of our guests, and overseeing the overall success of the event.


Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
Supervise and train front of house staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and adhere to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including managing inventory and merchandise sales.
Collaborate with the Box Office Manager to address customer inquiries and manage waiting lists.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure proper setup and functionality of equipment and props.
Coordinate with technical staff for any necessary support during the event.
Secure the building at the conclusion of each performance to ensure safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
