This position is ideal for folx who have recently graduated or are looking to transition away from freelance production assistant roles. We offer on the job training though knowledge of Theater/ TV/Film/ Live Event Production is crucial for success in the role.


Candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities :


-Bachelors Degree / 1 year of related work experience


-Strong computer skills, including social media savvy and all the usual software


-Outstanding phone etiquette, customer service and communication skills


-Must be able to multi-task and be extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail


-Must be a fast learner, extremely reliable with great initiative and people skills, a team player


-Must be a closer and follow tasks to completion, efficiently and effectively


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as you develop in your role :


-Reception Work/Clerical duties and general Office Administration


-Assisting clients with inquiries, working closely with managers, and liaising with the fabrication and rental warehouse shop floors


-Assisting the team with day to day activities and generally making yourself an extremely useful member of the team!


Entry Level position : $20p.h. starting rate and benefits commensurate with experience
