The Palace Theatre, a fast-paced, dynamic regional theatre company located in Manchester, NH is seeking a passionate, eager, and qualified scenic artist for their upcoming production of 42nd Street.

Contract begins April 29th (start of build process) and ends June 5th (the week after the show opens).

Responsibilities Include:
- Executing the Artistic/Scenic Director+rsquo;s vision for the set pieces within the show
- Painting all elements as directed, including base coats, texturing, shading, etc. as needed
- Touching up paint on existing pieces and/or new pieces as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience as a scenic artist for theatre strongly preferred
- Experience painting large-scale items preferred, but not required
- Experience working backstage or in theatre spaces preferred, but not required

Pay: $15-20/hour DOE, nearby housing provided for right applicant, if needed.
