BLOOMSBURG THEATRE ENSEMBLE, seeks a Production Manager for a short term contract starting as soon as possible through August 31st 2024. Production Manager will be required to oversee production aspects, including build and tech of all shows through August 31st.

Areas of responsibility will include production calendaring, contracting seasonal employees, scheduling and conducting design + production meetings, coordinating with directors to select designers and manage production budgets and the efficient use of BTE+rsquo;s resources and facilities.

Must be an effective communicator, very organized and be able to lead a small team (two full and one to three part-time employees). BTE is in a college town with a thriving arts scene, 2 +frac12; hours west of New York + 2 +frac12; hrs northeast of Philadelphia. This is a contracted position ending August 31st 2024.
