The Stage School is seeking a lighting designer for a production of Annie Jr. at a Park Ridge area school.

Duties will include:
+bull; consulting with production team to determine necessary on equipment rentals to supplement the existing lighting package available in the performance space.

+bull; circuiting, hang and focus of lighting equipment for the production, programing / cueing, and serving as board operator for technical rehearsals and performances.

The Lighting Designer will be communicating with directors and production staff, and attending meetings and rehearsals as necessary.

Rigging skills are a plus. Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. is required. Ability to work on a ladder at a height of 12 feet or more is required. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

+bull; Design + production meetings on-site and remotely as needed in April (based on availability).
+bull; Load In May 12, time TBD.
+bull; Technical Rehearsals: Monday, May 13 + Tuesday, May 14 from 2-6 PM.
+bull; Final Dress/Performances: Wednesday, May 15 + Thursday, May 16 from 3 PM +ndash; 8:30 PM.
+bull; Strike: Friday, May 17 10AM - 12Noon (if needed)

Pay: $1,000 project stipend
