Casual Position: Working closely with the Technical Director of Stage Operations, the Stage Operations Assistant+rsquo;s primary responsibility will be to support the hang and focus (installation) of theatrical lighting at Denison University+rsquo;s Eisner Center for the Performing Arts. Functioning as Head Production Electricians, they will lead student crews in using lighting plots to safely and accurately install lighting instruments, while balancing the need for safety and efficiency with the Eisner Center+rsquo;s focus on educational experiences for our student staff. Depending on skill and need, the Stage Ops Assistant may also be asked to program and/or engineer audio for larger performance events. The Stage Operations team also handles the installation of risers and pit platforms, and the Stage Ops Assistant will be asked to assist with this process as well.

The schedule will be flexible and scheduled on an as-needed basis between August +ndash; May, not to exceed 100 hours each semester.
