Lewis Center for the Arts at Princeton University is seeking freelance Sound Engineers (A1s + A2s) in the Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York area for our fall and spring productions. These positions are responsible for managing wireless microphones for performers, mic'ing performers, managing in ear monitors (wired and wireless), wired and wireless coms, load ins and load outs, setting up and striking of audio equipment, soundchecks, and operating audio equipment during the run of the shows.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of professional audio equipment, Midas and Yamaha consoles, Shure wireless systems, and Qlab. Experience mic'ing performers and an understanding of audio signal flow and troubleshooting is preferred.
