Position Summary:
Round Room Live seeks a Company Stage Manager (CSM) for a theatrical family entertainment tour playing North America. This bus and truck tour plays one-night shows in theaters and arenas.

The CSM is responsible for supporting and maintaining the quality of life, creative, and technical standards and practices within the daily operation of the show. The CSM will be the main point of contact for all cast and crew needs pertaining to everyday life on the road.

+bull; Daily point of contact for all venue-related needs (FOH, catering, security, to name a few). Will also act as the point of contact with the house management for doors and show start.
+bull; With the Production Manager, ensure all details for the day are correctly advanced with the venue, including catering and dressing room hospitality.
+bull; Point of contact for all creative and non-technical needs of the show and ensure the show is being presented as designed.
+bull; Ensure stage placement is correct and sightlines are taken into consideration.
+bull; Facilitate all flow of information among the cast, crew, and management.
+bull; Coordinate with the production manager on acceptable adjustments to the show's build when needed.
+bull; When adjustments to the show occur, work with the Dance Captain to adjust any blocking and set/prop changes.
+bull; Manage and coordinate all production rehearsals, including performer put-in rehearsals on the road. Ensure blocking sheets and calling scripts are current.
+bull; Call all needed cues during the run of the show.
+bull; With the Management office, oversee all travel and hotels for the touring party, including driver day rooms.

+bull; Three or more years of experience in a Stage Management or Company Management role.
+bull; One or more years of touring experience.
+bull; Must hold a current passport and have no international travel restrictions.
+bull; Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19, including booster.
+bull; Familiarity and working knowledge of standard touring practices.
+bull; Strong organizational and administrative skills, including experience reading contracts, correspondence, ticketing reports, and other documents.
+bull; Outstanding judgment and ability to prioritize varying tasks.
+bull; Skilled in communicating clearly, with tact and discretion, as well as maintaining confidentiality.
+bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+bull; High level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Master Tour, Word, and Excel.
+bull; Familiarity with budgets and comfort with finance or fundamental accounting principles.
+bull; Ability to work independently and in a team environment and demonstrated sound judgment when issues must be escalated.
+bull; Positive, articulate, outgoing, flexible, calm under pressure with a friendly personality.

+bull; The rate starts at $1500 per week, depending on qualifications.
+bull; Single hotel accommodations on days off.
+bull; The company pays for all travel.
