Pay

$8,000 for 5 events (32 total work days @ $250 a d per day

Role Summary:

The Event Sound Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful execution for all stage productions and programs on the Susan G. Komen 3-Day event series. This person+rsquo;s main responsibility is to operate the Q-Lab program for all productions and programs. With Q-Lab, they will build + operate the production and program+rsquo;s music sets throughout the event. This person will work closely with the Stage Manager, Production Director, Participant Experience Coordinator, Participants that are involved with the production and the Sound and A/V vendor that has been hired to set-up, run and breakdown the stage production equipment.

Production Programs include:

Opening Ceremony Rehearsal (Thu 4-5pm)
Opening Ceremony Program (Fri 6-8am)
Hotel/Camp Programing (Fri 12-6pm)
Celebration of Champions Program (Fri 6:30-7:30pm)
Breakfast Programing (Sat 6-8am)
Hotel/Camp Programing (Sat 12-6pm)
Honor Ceremony Program (Sat 6:30-7:30pm)
Breakfast Programing (Sun 6-8am)
Closing Ceremony Program (Sun 4-5pm)
