Wardrobe Supervisor (Theater)
NX5 Theatrical is now accepting submissions for an experienced Wardrobe Supervisor for the touring production of Stranger Sings, a musical parody.

SALARY
$1,100/wk
Additional compensation: $400/wk for per diem

EMPLOYMENT LOCATION
TOURING
Housing and travel provided

RELEVANT DATES
First day of employment: January 4th
Last day of employment: April 5th

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of this position includes the following:
Maintenance, repair and laundering of all costumes, masks, prosthetics and wigs during technical rehearsals and through the run of the production.
Management of the wardrobe stock and costumes. This includes upkeep of inventory lists, submission of purchase requests, and continual organization of wardrobe supplies and costumes.
Facilitation and execution of performer quick changes during technical rehearsals, performances, and work calls.
Establishment of a calm, safe, and professional back stage environment for performers.
Maintenance and dressing of mic rigs
Backstage support for the A1 (no prior knowledge required, but must be willing to learn and perform light sound duties)

The nature of the show requires candidates who are comfortable with working in darkened environments. Applicants must be able to stoop, kneel or crouch, and ascend and descend stairs multiple times per show.
